The price depends on the size of the drive, the surface you pick and how much digging out is needed. Block paving, resin and tarmac each sit in a different bracket. We measure up at the property and give you one written price that covers the sub-base, the drainage and the finished surface.
Most driveways take three to five days and a standard patio takes two to three. The first day or two is digging out and laying the sub-base, which is the part that decides how long the surface lasts. Heavy rain can add a day. We give you the timescale before we start.
We work across south London from Wallington. That includes Streatham Vale, Streatham Common, Cheam, Upper Norwood, Worcester Park, New Malden, Broad Green, Selhurst, Streatham Park, West Norwood, Pollards Hill and Norbury. If you are just outside those areas, call us and we will tell you whether we can get to you.
Usually not, as long as rainwater drains into your garden or a soakaway instead of running onto the road. Permeable block paving and resin bound surfaces both allow for that. A solid surface over five square metres that sheds water onto the highway is the case where you do need to apply.
